The purpose of the youth group is to educate our children about their heritage while meeting other members across the country with similar backgrounds.  The youth group of our organization organizes fund raisers for charity and to raise money for events, dances, and other activates, that they may want to attend.  To become a member of the youth, the parents must be members in good standing with the club and the child must be between the ages of 15 to 30.  New members must register before the age of 25, otherwise they are asked to join the adult chapter.

In 1947 The youth club was created and given the name: «ΝΕΟΚΡΗΤΕΣ» (A.K.N.)=ΑΜΕΡΙΚΑΝΙΚΗ ΚΡΗΤΙΚΗ ΝΕΟΛΑΙΑ.

In 1970 A new youth club was created and given the name: CRETAN YOUTH OF DETROIT, later the name “Levendoyenna” was added.
